Sales & Leasing Administration Assistant

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail loving Sales & Leasing Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. If you're someone who enjoys variety, thrives on keeping things running smoothly, and has a flair for marketing, this role could be your perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Coordinating contract documentation – authorities, leases, and contracts

• Managing listing content – uploading, proofing, and selecting property images

• Preparing high-quality reports for clients and internal teams

• Updating databases and supporting with data entry

• Providing general admin support – scanning, relief reception, binding, filing, etc.

• Collaborating with our agents to bring marketing campaigns to life

A creative eye for property marketing will definitely give you an edge!

• Laser-sharp attention to detail

Your Background: 

• Reliable car + valid driver's licence

• National Police Check (or willing to obtain one)

• Year 12 (VCE) completion

• 1–2 years of admin experience in real estate

Bonus Points for:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Working knowledge of MS Teams & SharePoint
