Operations Coordinator

About the role

Sit at the centre of the business from as the connection between high volume recruitment, compliance and field operations. You will have genuine breadth from day one: onboarding coordination, process development, and general operational and admin support all in one seat. You will have direct exposure to the CEO and senior leadership in a role with genuine variety, not a narrow admin lane.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for field workers, tracking progress and managing automated communications

• Provide support to the Operations Manager with worker allocations and scheduling

• Support the design of SOPs , working closely with the CEO on content and mapping

• Own file and folder structure discipline within the intranet

• Provide general admin support, including CRM data, site set-up and IT point of contact

• Provide ad hoc operations and admin support to the CEO, and Managing Director

About you

• Up to 5 years' relevant experience, ideally within blue-collar or large workforce industries

• Familiarity with HRIS/workforce platforms

• Proficient in MS Office, with experience using SharePoint or intranet tools

• Experience developing or contributing to an SOP framework

• Qualification or evidence of prior learning in business management or project management
