Working closely with a high-performing sales team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across a range of property transactions and business activities.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, corporate in their approach and takes genuine pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Tasks will include:

• Diary and travel management.
• Preparing and producing property submissions and presentations.
• Managing Offer & Acceptance documentation and contracts.
• Facilitating and coordinating meetings, presentations, travel and conferences.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders and third parties.
• Coordinating real estate advertising, including hard signage and online listings.
• Credit card reconciliation.
• Assisting with monthly reporting.
• File management and filing.
• Running general errands and providing broader office support.
• General administration as required.

About You
The successful candidate will be a polished and professional administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

You will ideally have:

• Previous administration or sales administration experience.
• Experience within commercial or residential property.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional and corporate presentation.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
• A genuine interest in developing your career within the property industry.
