Security Officer - Sydney CBD

Securecorp is seeking motivated Security Officers to join our team across Retail sites in and around Sydney CBD. In this role, you will deliver high-quality security services while providing exceptional customer service and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. Opportunities are available on a permanent part-time and casual basis, with flexible rostering to suit a variety of availability preferences.

• Sydney CBD - Experienced Control Room Operator 
• Sydney CBD - Experienced Security Officer

About the Role

• Casual Security Officers

These positions involve maintaining a safe and secure retail environment while delivering professional customer service and supporting daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of clients, staff, and members of the public
• Conduct foot patrols, access control, and site monitoring
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies professionally
• Deliver high-level customer service within a retail environment
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs

Skills & Experience

• Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Control)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and well-presented approach
• Ability to remain calm and effective in dynamic situations
