About the Role

As part of the Epsilon Tech team, you’ll play an important role in delivering smarter, safer and more connected buildings across South East Queensland.

We’re looking for an experienced Security Installer & Commissioning Technician to join our growing QLD team.

This is a hands-on role covering new installations, upgrades, commissioning and servicing across residential and commercial projects.

In this role, you’ll be:

• Installing, programming, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting electronic security systems, including Access Control, CCTV and Intercoms

• Working hands-on with installations and upgrades across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and wider SE QLD

• Servicing and upgrading existing buildings with the latest security technology

• Fault-finding and resolving technical issues

• Working closely with builders, developers, project managers and other trades to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Taking ownership of your work from installation through to commissioning and handover

About You

You’re an experienced security technician who takes pride in your work, has strong technical skills and enjoys being part of a team.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience installing and programming electronic security systems, including Access Control, CCTV and Intercoms

• Preference if you have experience with Dnake, Urmet, FDI & Inner Range

• Strong fault-finding and commissioning skills

• Confidence using hand and power tools

• Current Security Licence

• Current White Card

• Current Driver Licence

• Current Cablers Licence

• Solid experience within the electronic security industry

• Relevant qualifications in Security Equipment, Electronics, Engineering or a related field

• Full working rights in Australia
