Assetlink is seeking an experienced and driven Contract Manager to lead our operations at Western Sydney International Airport, Australia's newest international airport and one of the country's most significant infrastructure projects.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role from the beginning, helping establish a high-performing operation at one of Australia's most exciting aviation destinations. You'll lead the delivery of exceptional services, build a strong team culture and develop trusted relationships with our client and key stakeholders.

About the Role:

As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance and service delivery across the Western Sydney International Airport contract.

Working closely with the client and Assetlink's senior leadership team, you will ensure contractual outcomes are achieved while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all operational aspects of the Western Sydney International Airport contract.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
• Manage contract performance, budgets and financial outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop a large, diverse frontline workforce.
• Drive safety, compliance and operational excellence across the site.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure contractual KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved.
• Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience managing large-scale facilities management, cleaning, aviation or integrated services contracts.
• Strong leadership experience managing large operational teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commercial and financial management capability.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering service excellence.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
• Experience within aviation or major infrastructure environments will be highly regarded.
