Sales and Marketing Coordinator

This is a hands-on, in-office role. You’ll be shoulder-to-shoulder with our marketing team, sales team and product experts every day, not tucked away on the fringes of the business, but right in the middle of where the decisions get made and the work gets done.

We're looking for the kind of person who spots the typo before it goes out, chases the answer instead of waiting for it, and takes real pride in work that’s done properly, not just done.

About the Role

You’ll be the engine room of our Sales & Marketing team; coordinating, creating, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. One day you might be tweaking artwork for a new product launch, the next you’re creating an EDM, planning a trade show stand, or on set for a photoshoot. But there is a solid amount of work that’s less glamorous – updating documents, maintaining collateral, booking and organising events. But if you understand that the unglamorous 80% done properly is what makes the exciting 20% land, and you take real pride in doing it well, you’ll fight right in.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing day-to-day marketing coordination and administrative support

• Coordinating and maintaining marketing collateral, brochures and sales tools

• Making basic artwork updates and amends to approved templates using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

• Assisting with development of compelling and creative EDM and website content and publication

• Working closely with our product and sales teams on our product launch activities, accuracy of marketing collateral and sales incentive programs

• Supporting website and social media updates

• Assisting with photoshoots 

• Coordinating the planning and execution of events such as product launches, trade shows and conferences 

• Assisting with the content calendar for social media and EDMs 

About You

You’re organised, detail-obsessed (in the best way), and genuinely enjoy being the person who keeps things on track. You want a career in marketing, not just a job, and your hungry to collaborate and learn from the people around you.

Ideally you bring:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a track record you’re proud of

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar

• Solid Microsoft Office skills

• Adobe experience (preferred but not essential, if you're willing to learn we can help you build it)

• Sharp attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication, and the confidence to build relationships across a busy sales team

• Real creative instincts

• The ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball, and the judgement to know what matters most

• A high-energy, can-do attitude, we can teach skills, we can’t teach drive.
