First Aid Trainer for Early Learning

Synergy Education are searching for First aid Trainers who believe passionately in CPR and First aid being taught in a practical, fun, and approachable environment. This is a great opportunity for experienced trainers with a background in the health, education or emergency services fields to apply their relevant experience and skills in delivering vocational training that is important for everyone. About the role:

• Training HLTAID009 CPR through to HLTAID012 Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in predominately Education and Care Settings, in an enthusiastic and practical style to groups of 20-30 educators.

• Minimal theory and admin/paperwork due to our pre-course eLearning. Say goodbye to PowerPoint!

• Training delivery outside of usual business hours (e.g. 6:30pm-9:30pm week nights or day shifts between 8am and 5:30pm on weekends ).

• Paying a competitive casual rate and provides a uniform, training, equipment and teaching materials.

• You are capable of working autonomously and are resourceful under pressure.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience in delivering training and assessment - specifically HLTAID009 and HLTAID012

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 - MUST HAVE

• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (or willing to update).

• Your own reliable vehicle and drivers license.

• Current National Police Check (or willing to undertake).

• Current Working with Children Check (or willing to undertake).

Highly Desirable:

• Experience in the Education industry

• Willingness to travel
