Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Superstar, you will provide exceptional customer support, solve problems, and ensure our customers have a smooth and positive experience. 

You’ll be part of a dedicated, friendly team working to deliver solutions and exceed expectations in a busy and exciting field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns via telephone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Actioning customer enquiries via inbound telephone and email, in a prompt and professional manner.

• Freight Investigation.

• Provide customers with updates on deliveries, general transport information, services, and troubleshooting.

• Handle transport booking, cancellations, and rescheduling requests with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including drivers and logistics personnel, to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Proven experience within an inbound customer service role (FMCG, Supply Chain preferred but not essential).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle various customer situations with patience and professionalism.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to finding solutions

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365, and Transport and or Warehouse Management Systems

• Flexible for sift scheduling between the hours of 7:30AM - 5:30PM
