AVAC Services is an Australian veteran advocacy organisation helping veterans navigate compensation claims under the MRCA and the VETs Act. We are veteran-owned and operated, and our focus is simple, getting the right outcome for the veterans we serve. We take the time to understand each veteran's story, and we measure our success by the outcomes we achieve for our clients, not our bottom line.

We are growing, and we are looking for an experienced Advocate / CSC Representative to join our team. 

This is a national role. You can work from home, or from our Townsville or Perth offices.

About the role

This is a national position supporting veterans through DVA claims and CSC matters. You will work directly with clients, many of whom carry service-related injury, trauma, or mental health conditions, requiring a trauma-informed, plain-English approach. The role is 36 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, and you can work from home or from the Townsville or Perth offices.

Key responsibilities

• Support veterans through DVA claims and CSC matters

• Work directly with clients using a trauma-informed, plain-English approach

About you

• Demonstrated experience with DVA claims

• Experience with CSC matters

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A genuine commitment to supporting the veteran community

• Ability to work independently in a national team
