Pinnacle Sales Group is a fast-growing face to face sales and marketing company based in Surry Hills, Sydney.
As a 2025 start-up, we're entering an exciting phase of rapid growth and expansion and we are looking for confident, energetic and ambitious people to journey with us into this next exciting stage for our company.

How can you make a difference: You'll be out in the community every day, meeting new people, building genuine connections and representing organisations that are contributing to positive change across Australia.
As a Sales Associate, you'll be working directly with customers in a face-to-face sales environment.
Through this process, you'll learn how to:
Build genuine relationships with customers
Confidently communicate and present products and services
Identify customer needs and provide the right solutions
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Develop confidence, resilience and negotiation skills
Represent well known brands and organisations professionally
We are looking for people who are:
Confident and comfortable speaking with new people in a face to face environment
Competitive and motivated by achieving results
Energetic and positive
Coachable and willing to learn
Ambitious and looking for genuine career progression
Looking for an immediate start with the opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility.
As this is an Entry level sales role each individual will be learning the fundamentals of face-to-face sales, we’re more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn and potential to grow than the experience you already have.
