Reception and Administration Support

About the role

As a result of internal promotion and growth, Spire Law Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and professional Reception and Administration Support person to join our team in our Noosa and Maroochydore office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line customer service and administrative support to the firm.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner

• Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, and responding promptly and effectively

• Maintaining office supplies and organising the reception area to ensure it is presentable at all times

• Providing general administrative support, including data entry, file management, photocopying and scanning

• Assisting with the coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities

• A professional, polished, and presentable appearance
