Commercial Electricians/Site Supervisors – Melbourne

Keece is growing, and we’re looking for experienced commercial electricians and site supervisors who take pride in their work, know their trade and want to be part of a solid team.

For our electricians, you’ll get quality commercial projects, good systems and a team that backs you.

For our supervisors, you’ll have genuine ownership of your site, support from experienced PMs and the freedom to lead your team properly.

From office fit-outs to warehouses and Design & Construct projects, there’s plenty of variety — and plenty of opportunity to grow with us.

About the role:

• Deliver electrical works across commercial fit-outs and projects

• Rough-in, fit-off, lighting, power and containment

• Read plans, coordinate trades and solve problems on site

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship. As an ISO certified company - your safety is paramount.

• Complete testing, defects and handover

• Site Supervisors: lead the team, coordinate daily works and work closely with the PM to deliver the project.

What you need:

• Qualified Electrician with 2+ years’ post-apprenticeship commercial experience; office fit-outs highly regarded

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills

• Supervisors: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, coordinate with multiple trades, identify variations and RFIs, and plan ahead

• Drivers Licence (required) EWP, LVR/CPR (preferred)
