We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor (6+ Years PAE) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable practitioner who enjoys managing complex family law matters and contributing to the ongoing success of a respected boutique firm.

About the Role

You will have carriage of a diverse and interesting family law practice while working closely with an experienced and supportive team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your own family law matters from commencement through to resolution.

• Advising clients on complex parenting, property and financial matters.

• Conducting negotiations, mediations and court appearances.

• Providing strategic, practical and commercially focused legal advice.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Admission as a legal practitioner in Western Australia.

• A minimum of 6 years' post-admission experience, with experience in Family Law.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Experience using Actionstep is advantageous but not essential.
