Hyundai Sales Consultant

Ryde Hyundai is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a supportive dealership that values success, teamwork, and customer excellence. Candidates available for an immediate start would be ideal.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• A successful track record in high volume of new or used motor vehicle sales within a dealership environment

• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Drive to achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets

• Professional presentation and a team-oriented attitude

• Availability to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays (closed on Sundays)

• Ability to influence & negotiate & close deals

• Outstanding communication & customer service skills

• A passion for sales.

• Current full Australian Driver’s Licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong, long-term customer relationships

• Identifying and converting new business opportunities

• Reviewing sales results to identify trends and boost performance
