About the Roles

Our client sites provide extensive on-site and tailored training, including:

• Hands-on systems walkthroughs
• Scenario-based control room simulations
• Ongoing refresher sessions

You’ll be supported to perform at your best and deliver exceptional service through:

• Effective conflict resolution and incident reporting
• Comprehensive patrols and risk assessments (Rover)
• Control room monitoring, including CCTV operations
• Customer, client, and tenant liaison
• Supporting loading dock operations

We’re looking for professional, customer-focused team players who:

• Can demonstrate a strong track record of experience
• Are passionate about delivering high-end customer service
• Are well presented with professional communication skills
• Hold a valid NSW Security Licence (mandatory)
• Hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
• Bring proven experience in Retail or Commercial security environments
