Site Foreman / Site Supervisor - Residential & Commercial Construction

Our client is an established, Australian-owned Developer Contractor with a strong industry reputation built over fifty years. Renowned for delivering bespoke construction projects valued between $50M and $200M+ they have experienced sustained growth over the past five years, driven by repeat business, award-winning projects, and meticulous attention to detail.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking several experienced Site Foremen with expertise in Structures or Finishes to oversee and deliver newly awarded projects ranging from $50M to $200M across Sydney’s Inner West, West, South, CBD / East, and North / North West. These projects include:

• Residential (Luxury, Medium & High Density) and Mixed-use Residential 

• Commercial New Build projects such as Schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Office Blocks, Retail Centre, Leisure Precincts and Data Centres

• Major Structural Refurbishments and Industrial projects

Key Requirements:

• Minimum six years of post-graduate experience as a Foreman, General Foreman, Structures Foreman or Finishes Foreman

• Construction-related qualifications (Cert III, Cert IV, or Diploma in Building & Construction)

• Proven experience in residential, commercial construction, or structural refurbishment / major fitout projects

• Strong technical skills in setting out, programming, scheduling, and specific areas such as structures, jump form, civil, finishes, or façades

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing site teams, liaising with clients, and overseeing subcontractors
