Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We’re partnering with a global consulting organisation that is expanding its FDE team across Australia, hiring both senior hands-on engineers and technical leaders.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work directly with major enterprise organisations to identify AI opportunities, shape the technical strategy and then build and deploy the solution into production. You’ll lead discovery workshops, develop PoCs and take successful ideas through to production-grade AI platforms and applications.
Projects span Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, intelligent automation and AI-enabled applications, giving you genuine end-to-end exposure across some of the most advanced enterprise AI programmes in Australia.
We’re looking for strong engineers from Software Engineering, Platform/DevOps, AI/ML or Solution Architecture backgrounds who have hands-on experience delivering AI/LLM solutions. You’ll ideally have experience across Python, modern AI frameworks and AWS, Azure or GCP, alongside the ability to confidently work with senior client stakeholders.
At Lead level, you’ll take greater ownership of technical strategy, client engagements and the direction of engineering teams.
