Our people are purpose-driven, curious and care deeply about the impact they make as we protect those who protect others and support the communities who rely on them.You'll be part of a team shaped by collaboration, respect and continuous learning, where your contribution is valued, your development is encouraged and your success is celebrated.About YouYou're a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and taking ownership of outcomes.You'll bring:Strong experience across Azure Infrastructure, Azure Networking and Entra ID / Active Directory.Broad infrastructure engineering capability spanning cloud IaaS and PaaS and networking.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.A collaborative approach and confidence engaging with stakeholders, vendors and technology partners.Exposure to Terraform, Azure DevOps or automation technologies will be highly regarded.
What You'll Be DoingSupport, maintain and continuously improve Guild's Azure infrastructure environment.Manage and enhance Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking Infrastructure, M365 and EntraID.Deliver infrastructure projects and technical initiatives from planning through to implementation.Partner with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.Contribute to cybersecurity, infrastructure optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.Support Guild's transition to EML and associated infrastructure integration activities.Balance project delivery with operational support in a business-critical environment.
