HR Manager

Position Overview

The HR Manager will lead and direct the human resources functions at Oscar Mobile Pty Ltd, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services while supporting our business objectives and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development programs
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and workplace regulations
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Handle visa sponsorship and immigration matters
• Manage workplace health and safety programs
• Lead training and development initiatives
• Provide strategic advice to management on HR-related matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR management roles
• Thorough knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS and recruitment systems
• Strong understanding of visa sponsorship and immigration processes

• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Advanced organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or mobile telecommunications industry
• Knowledge of modern HR practices and talent management strategies

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Remuneration: $100,000-$120,000
