Fraser’s Events is seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team. Based in the stunning surrounds of Kings Park, you'll work across a diverse range of events including corporate functions, weddings, gala dinners and premium private celebrations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys producing high-quality food at scale while maintaining exceptional standards.

About the Role

• Assist in leading and developing a passionate kitchen team.

• Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver premium functions and events.

• Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.

• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across all services.

• Maintain food safety and HACCP standards.

• Assist with ordering, stock control and kitchen organization.

• Lead services and support junior chefs during busy periods.

About You

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience with banquets, functions or high-volume service is highly regarded.

• Ability to lead by example and maintain calm under pressure.

• Passion for fresh produce and quality food.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends when required.
