Lead a team that reviews enforcement applications from the public.Help deliver fair, timely and consistent decisions.Coach staff and build their skills every day.Solve complex issues while improving services for vulnerable people.3 x Ongoing, full-time vacancies available, earning $100,894 - $114,476 per year, plus super.
What You Will Do
As Social Justice Supervisor, you will lead Social Justice Officers who review applications.
You will guide daily work, support staff and help deliver quality services.
You Will
manage daily work allocation, casework and performance across your teamhandle complaints and correspondence, ensuring timely responses under relevant laws and policiesgive clear operational and technical advice to staff and otherstrain, mentor and develop staff, helping them build strong skillslead practical improvements that resolve issues and improve service quality.
About You
A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent qualification and/or experience is desirable.
You Should Also Have
strong team leadership experience in a legislative or similar settingsocial justice or related program experience, which is desirableclear communication skills and the ability to solve complex problemsinclusive leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and developing others.
