AI Solutions Architect

DWS is seeking an AI Solution Architect to join a major enterprise Agentic AI program and help shape the next generation of AI-enabled business operations. Working within a highly visible transformation initiative, you will lead the technical design of secure, scalable and production-ready AI agent solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Where: Sydney (Mascot), NSW

Type: ACN or Max Term

Start: ASAP

Length: 6 months with a high likelihood of extension

Style: Hybrid; 3 days onsite

Salary: Up to $1,200/day + GST (ACN) or up to $250K inc. super (Max Term)

We are looking for someone with:

Strong expertise designing enterprise-scale AI, automation and integration solutionsHands-on knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power PlatformAdvanced understanding of agent orchestration, prompt design, tool integration, context management and human-in-the-loop controlsStrong enterprise integration capability across APIs, connectors, events, data services and business platformsDeep understanding of security architecture, identity, least-privilege access, secrets management and data protectionExperience establishing architecture standards, reusable components and reference patterns for delivery teamsAbility to guide developers, review technical designs and ensure production readinessExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsKnowledge of responsible AI, governance, risk and compliance frameworks

In this role you will:

Design end-to-end AI agent solutions from business requirements through to production deploymentDefine secure and scalable orchestration patterns for single-agent and multi-agent solutionsEstablish reusable architecture standards, templates and engineering guardrailsDesign integrations across enterprise platforms, applications, data sources and Microsoft ecosystemsEnsure solutions align with security, privacy, governance and responsible AI requirementsProvide technical leadership and assurance to AI development teamsSupport build, buy and reuse technology decisions and platform strategyDefine operational monitoring, evaluation, lifecycle and support models for production AI solutions
