Maintenance Coordinator

Thornleigh, Sydney | $70,000–$95,000 + Super | Flexible Hours

Join a growing HVAC service and maintenance division where you’ll play a key role in coordinating technicians, contractors and clients.
Working closely with an experienced Maintenance Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone with HVAC, trade coordination or service administration experience who wants to take ownership of their role and grow as the division continues to expand.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for keeping day-to-day maintenance operations organised and ensuring technicians, contractors and clients are kept up to date.

• Coordinate and schedule HVAC technicians and external contractors
• Book planned and reactive maintenance works
• Raise purchase orders and manage job documentation
• Prepare and process client invoicing
• Follow up clients regarding maintenance contracts and scheduled works
• Liaise with technicians, contractors and customers to keep jobs moving
• Assist with maintenance administration, costing and major works coordination
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager as the division continues to grow

About You
We’re looking for someone organised, approachable and comfortable working in a busy service environment.

• Previous HVAC coordination, service administration or trade industry experience highly regarded 
• Experience within HVAC, mechanical services, plumbing or electrical environments would be advantageous 
• Confident coordinating technicians, contractors and multiple jobs
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Comfortable with invoicing, purchase orders and general maintenance administration
• Able to stay calm and organised while managing changing priorities
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Experience with service or job management software would be advantageous

This is an office-based position in Thornleigh with flexibility around working hours, including 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm or whatever suits your needs. 

You’ll be joining a supportive team and working alongside a highly approachable Maintenance Manager, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the maintenance division grows.

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 + Super, depending on experience.
