About the role
Bower Insights is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity to support the delivery of a range of client projects. The Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of various projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets. Initially, this will include the management of an archaeological salvage program as a key client project.
We’re looking for people with the right personal qualities and mindset, supported by an appropriate skill set. While experience in the development sector is valued, it’s not essential. Your ability to collaborate, adapt, and contribute meaningfully matters most.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and other project management documents and tools
Monitor progress and proactively address risks or delays
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned and administered in accordance with business objectives and contractual arrangements
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and market-facing stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors
Project administration and coordination
Prepare regular status reports and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
About you
· Demonstrated minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant consulting roles
· Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent well regarded
· Strong organisational and administration skills
· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management software and tools
· Advisory experience in the property development or housing sectors beneficial
· Ability to operate both autonomously (with minimal supervision) and in dynamic team environments
· Hold a current Australian drivers’ licence
