Dermal/Beauty Therapist

About the role

Depending on your qualifications and experience, your role may include conducting skin consultations and treatment planning, delivering customised facials, beauty services and clinical skin treatments, performing advanced skin treatments within your scope of practice, recommending professional skincare and homecare routines, building strong long-term relationships with clients, maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes, following clinic policies, procedures and treatment protocols, participating in ongoing training and professional development, and contributing to the culture, growth and success of the Skin & Tonic team.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting skin consultations and treatment planning

• Delivering customised facial and clinical skin treatments

• Performing advanced skin treatments within your scope of practice

• Recommending professional skincare and homecare routines

• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes

• Following clinic policies, procedures and treatment protocols

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development

• Contributing to the culture, growth and success of the Skin & Tonic team

About you

• Must hold a relevant Beauty Therapy and/or Dermal Therapy qualification, with a minimum of a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, an associated degree in Dermal Therapy, OR a Bachelor of Dermal Science
