Property Manager

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a role where you can focus on building client relationships and managing your portfolio without being weighed down by every administrative task?

Stone Real Estate Sans Souci is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established and supportive team. You’ll be backed by dedicated administration, property management, trust accounting and departmental support, allowing you to provide a high level of service to landlords and tenants.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Building strong client relationships and supporting landlord retention

• Coordinating repairs with the Administration Assistant

• Conducting rent reviews and arranging rent increases

• Discussing lease renewals and rental applications with landlords

• Directing the Administration Assistant to prepare leases and renewals

• Assisting with leasing when required

• Maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants

• Working every second Saturday 

A genuinely supported portfolio

You won’t be expected to manage every task yourself. Our property management department includes:

• An Administration Assistant who prepares leases, manages bond matters, assists with repairs and loads property listings

• A Property Officer who completes routine inspections, assists with open homes and processes rental applications

• A Head of Department who assists with selected clients, manages arrears across the portfolio and attends most tribunal hearings

• A Trust Accountant who assists with financial and trust-related queries

This structure allows you to concentrate on client care, retention and the effective management of your portfolio.

What we’re looking for

To be considered, you will need:

• A minimum of four years’ property management experience

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Strong communication and relationship-management skills

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• A professional, calm and solutions-focused approach

• Availability to work every second Saturday 

What we offer

• Salary of $90,000–$110,000, depending on experience
