About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Tarocash Roseland - NSW Store.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, sales, and customer service. This is a full-time position based in our Tarocash Roseland - NSW Store.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

• Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve store performance, and enhance the customer experience

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

• Collaborate with your area manager to identify and implement best practices

• Provide coaching and development opportunities for the store team

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a successful Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry

• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive business performance

• Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a seamless in-store experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with Tarocash leaders.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with retail systems and technology, including point-of-sale and inventory management software
