Administration Clerk

Cairns Tiling Services Pty, located in Cairns QLD, 4879 is looking for an organised and motivated administration person to join our team.

This role may be offered on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the successful applicant and their experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has knowledge or experience within the construction industry
✅ Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
✅ Can follow directions and established company processes
✅ Is willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
✅ Communicates professionally with clients, builders, suppliers and employees
✅ Is confident using email, computers and general office programs
✅ Is reliable, proactive and works well within a team

Experience reading, measuring or completing take-offs from construction plans would be a major advantage.

The position may involve assisting with:

• General office administration
• Emails and client enquiries
• Quotes and project documentation
• Construction plans and specifications
• Scheduling and job coordination
• Employee and supplier documentation

Training can be provided to the right person who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $36,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
