Canberra Microsurgery is licensed with ACT Health (HPS) and accredited with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards. It has 4 operating theatres and a refractive laser suite utilising the latest state-of-the-art equipment together with a 2 bed first-stage recovery unit and a 12-recliner chair second-stage recovery unit.

Canberra Microsurgery joined the Cura Day Hospitals Group in 2024.

We are seeking experienced Administration Officer to join our team on a casual basis (2-3 shifts week).

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Impeccable personal presentation and a keen eye for detail.

• Outstanding time management and organisational skills, including the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service principles.

• Competency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience providing administrative support in a hospital setting.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

• Knowledge of and experience with Patient Management Systems.
