What you'll be doing? -
Managing end-to-end order processing — Coordinating sales orders from inception through to delivery, generating purchase orders and invoices accurately, and keeping customers informed on order status throughout.

Arranging freight and logistics — Booking freight, tracking shipments, and liaising with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely delivery outcomes.

Maintaining records and databases — Keeping price files, customer databases, and inventory records accurate and up to date to support efficient business operations.

Preparing reports and presentations — Producing weekly performance dashboards and professional PowerPoint presentations to support management and business visibility.

Managing documentation — Filing contracts, proof of delivery documents, and other critical paperwork in an organised and accessible manner.

Supporting office operations — Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, and providing general administrative support across the business as required.
Who are we looking for? -
Administration experience — Around one to two years of experience in office administration, customer service, or accounts is required, with exposure to operations, logistics, or purchasing considered a strong advantage.

Microsoft Office proficiency — Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas and PivotTables, along with strong Word and PowerPoint capability are essential for this role.

Attention to detail and accuracy — An exceptionally careful and precise approach to data management, documentation, and order processing is a key priority for this role.

Strong communication skills — Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a professional telephone manner and a genuine customer service orientation.
