Our team is growing, and we're on the lookout for a driven, results-focused Internal Sales Representatives and Call Centre professionals to join our high-performing Internal Sales Team at our Wingfield branch.

Starting as an Internal Sales Representative, you will receive ongoing training and development to hone your skills and progress to external - customer facing sales roles, playing a key role in driving growth across the Access Express brand.

Your day will include:

• Researching and identifying upcoming projects and potential clients
• Generating new business through inbound leads and proactive outbound calls (warm and cold)
• Preparing customer quotes and providing accurate technical product information
• Organising and distributing marketing packs to increase brand awareness across SA
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
• Working closely with Sales and Operations teams to exceed performance targets

This role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm from our Wingfield branch

No two days will be the same - this role suits someone who enjoys variety, challenge, and momentum.

About You

• Experience working as a Telemarketer or Call Centre Operator (desired but not essential)
• Exposure to outbound calling or inside sales will be highly regarded.
• The ability to quickly learn and retain technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment
• A natural talent for identifying and creating new business opportunities
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• The ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic and competitive team environment
• A positive, energetic, and team-first attitude
• Resilience, with the ability to bounce back when the days don't always go to plan
• A willingness to learn, be coached, and develop ed
