PARKROYAL Parramatta are currently seeking a Full-Time Chef De Partie to join our enthusiastic team. Reporting to the Sous Chef, this is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive, fun and customer focused environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Maintain high standards of food production and presentation

• Demonstrate ability to take charge of the team in the absence of senior chefs

• Show initiative, renew menu ideas and recommend cost saving measures

• Ensure that all work practices in the kitchen adhere to WHS & HACCP requirements

• Organise food production in accordance with the production list, function sheets and other special requirements

Ideally you will have:

• A passion for the industry

• Be committed & reliable as well as creative and able to multitask

• Self-motivated

• Previous experience in a similar role with experience in a la carte and/or banquet operations

• Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery required

• Availability to work 7 Day rotating roster
