Facilitation & Learning Specialist

Your opportunity 

This is a part-time position, working across 3 days a week and can be based in either our Melbourne or Sydney offices, with some travel involved delivering face-to-face training.  

This role exists to strengthen essential learning experiences that help our people perform at their best. If you enjoy connecting with diverse audiences and creating meaningful learning moments, this is your chance to make an impact across the business. 

Your role, your impact 

In this role you’ll deliver engaging learning experiences that build capability across Tabcorp. You’ll work across enterprise programs, partnering with stakeholders and travelling to support face-to-face learning where it matters most. 

Specifically, you will; 

• Facilitate leadership, induction and capability learning programs 

• Deliver personal effectiveness and foundational leadership workshops 

• Update and maintain enterprise learning content and resources 

• Coordinate engaging face-to-face sessions across varied group sizes 

• Partner with stakeholders to enhance learning experiences 

• Contribute to continuous improvement across capability programs 

What you'll need to succeed 

You’re a confident facilitator who enjoys helping others learn and grow. You bring a practical, people-focused approach and can engage audiences with credibility and energy. 

• Experienced in facilitating workshops and learning experiences 

• Proven ability to engage diverse participant groups 

• Strong capability in learning content adaptation and improvement 

• Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships 

• Confident presenting both in person and virtually 

• Continuous improvement mindset with strong communication skills
