Full Time or Part-Time Sales Coordinator / Administrator

A growing, 3rd-generation Australian food business is looking for a sharp, organised Sales Coordinator to be the engine room behind our sales team.

We supply quality, healthy and delicious food products right across Australia, and we're in an exciting growth phase. This role helps keep our Major Retail, Foodservice and Retail Sales teams running smoothly, efficiently and accurately — so they can focus on what they do best. 

About the Role 

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you'll provide high-quality administrative and commercial support across our sales function — from forecasting and pricing to tender submissions, customer portals and rebate administration. It's a busy, varied role at the heart of the business, and you'll be the go-to person the team relies on every day. 

What You'll Do 

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the sales team 

• Develop weekly and monthly sales reports and support forecasting accuracy 

• Assist with tenders, product samples and new line submissions 

• Manage stock queries, order modifications and availability requests 

• Coordinate pricing, margins, promotional plans and price lists 

• Support rebate and commission administration 

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, claims and service issues 

• Maintain accurate customer records and be a reliable point of contact for the team and our customers 

What You'll Bring 

• Strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for data and detail 

• Experience working with ERP systems 

• FMCG or food industry experience is highly regarded (not essential) 

• Excellent organisation skills — you keep things on track, even when priorities compete 

• A clear communicator and natural collaborator who isn't afraid to ask the right questions 

• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine sense of ownership
