Mobilisation Coordinator

H-E Parts International Crushing Solutions Pty Ltd is a major supplier of crushing equipment, spare parts and wear products, remanufactured components and consumables to the global mining, quarrying and heavy construction industries throughout Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. A subsidiary of the H-E Parts International Group and part of Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. Ltd, we have branches in WA and Queensland.

We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Site Service (OSS) team in Wattleup, WA.

This permanent, full-time role will coordinate the people, resources and logistics required to support our Site Service and mining shutdown activities. Working closely with the OSS Superintendent, site supervision, clients and labour providers, you will help ensure mobilisation requirements are planned and delivered efficiently.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment, enjoys working with a range of stakeholders and can confidently manage competing priorities.

Reporting to the OSS Superintendent, your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating shutdown schedules, mobilisation and demobilisation requirements, including the allocation of internal and external resources.

• Liaising with clients, site supervision and labour providers regarding work scopes, resourcing requirements and scheduling.

• Coordinating employee and contractor requirements including training, inductions, qualifications, PPE, travel and accommodation.

• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including budget estimates, costings, purchase requisitions, project folders and final costing documentation.

• Maintaining project information and personnel records across Pronto, client portals and internal systems.

• Coordinating equipment hire, tooling replacement, calibration and repairs to support shutdown requirements.

• Collating timesheets and payroll information and contributing to WIP and accrual reporting.

• Providing general administrative support to the Site Service team and wider workshop administration function as required.

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a busy coordination or administration role, ideally within mining shutdown resourcing or mobilisation.

• Experience working with mining companies and their ERP systems, desirable

• Competency using Microsoft Office suite, experience using Pronto would be an advantage.

• A Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, desirable

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
