Job Description

As a Program Manager based in Melbourne (or Sydney), you'll be responsible for leading complex customer programs from start to finish, including:

Leading strategic implementation programs for major retail customersCoordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer SuccessBuilding trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholdersManaging program scope, timelines, budgets, risks and governanceDriving customer adoption and business transformationEnsuring successful delivery while identifying opportunities for future growthContinuously improving program management best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

You bring:

8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Delivery or ConsultingExperience delivering complex enterprise customer programsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience working in international, cross-functional environmentsStrong leadership, planning and risk management capabilitiesCommercial awareness and customer-centric mindsetExperience in Retail Technology, SaaS, IoT or Digital Transformation is highly preferredPMP, PgMP, Prince2 or Agile certification is a plus
