Finance & Insurance Business Manager

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is looking for a Finance and Insurance Business Manager to drive the F&I function at our Southport dealership.

About the role:

This role puts you at the centre of the customer journey, where your expertise directly shapes the dealership's profitability and the experience buyers take home with their new vehicle.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Structuring and presenting finance and insurance products to customers, giving you full visibility over deal outcomes and the satisfaction of closing quality business
• Building strong relationships with lenders and insurers so you always have the right product for the right customer
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure every opportunity is maximised and every handover is smooth
• Maintaining full compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies, protecting both the business and the customers you serve
• Tracking performance against targets and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across the finance office

About You:

You are a finance professional who understands the automotive retail environment and knows how to deliver results without compromising the customer relationship.

More about you:

• Proven experience in an automotive F&I role, giving you the technical foundation to contribute from day one
• A current Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or equivalent industry accreditation
• Solid knowledge of responsible lending obligations and compliance requirements in the automotive finance space
• Strong interpersonal skills that help you guide customers through complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence
• A track record of meeting and exceeding finance and insurance targets in a dealership setting
• The ability to work collaboratively with sales consultants and management to support whole-of-dealership performance
