Territory Manager Victoria - Retail and Vet Products

The Territory Manager is an integral member of the Mavlab national sales team, responsible for managing the commercial dynamics of a designated territory of veterinary and pet retail customers. The primary objective is to achieve sales, distribution, training, and merchandising targets while supporting head office agreements within each cycle period.

Key responsibilities include aligning with brand messaging, marketing strategies, and key account promotional plans to maximise retail and clinic reach, provide regular feedback and maintain compliance with CRM reporting requirements, attend customer conferences to build and leverage relationships for sustainable business outcomes.

Core Capabilities include exhibiting exceptional organisational and planning skills, well developed autonomous disciplines, attention to detail, communication skills, high-level presentation and selling skills with the ability to assimilate vet-level information.

This role would suit an experience and self-starting professional sales person that can navigate the business needs to interact with a wide and varied range of customers and clients both in person and through email and telephone communications. The role is set up to support Working From Home (WFH) to enable Mavlab's national reach across the Eastern Sea Board of Australia.
