Digital Project Manager (Snr and Junior Roles Agency Side)

We’re looking for a technically minded, organised, and client-focused Digital Project Manager to join our growing digital agency team.
This role suits someone who’s confident managing multiple fast-moving projects, communicates clearly with clients, and understands how modern websites are built and delivered. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery across Magento, WordPress/WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Shopify and mobile apps. What You’ll Be DoingManage digital projects from kick-off through to launch and post-go-live supportWork directly with clients to define scope, timelines, and expectationsBuild and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery milestonesCoordinate developers, designers, and QA to keep projects on trackRun regular status updates and ensure clear communication across all stakeholdersProactively identify risks, manage changes, and resolve issuesAct as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and accountabilityEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For2+ years’ experience as a Digital Project Manager in an agency environmentHands-on experience delivering projects on Magento, WordPress/WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Shopify/PlusStrong understanding of web development workflows and digital deliveryExcellent communication skills, written and verbal, with clients and internal teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp, or similar)
