Belles Hot Chicken Adelaide is looking for a Team Leader to join the crew, and we’re keen to move quickly.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality experience who is ready to step up, or someone already working as a senior team member, shift leader or duty manager who wants a proper pathway into venue leadership.

The role will start as casual, with the ability to move into part-time or full-time quickly. For the right person, there is genuine potential to progress rapidly into senior management and full-time work depending on performance, attitude and fit within the team.

We’re looking for someone who can start immediately.

The Role

As Team Leader, you’ll help lead the floor during service, support the team, keep standards high and make sure guests feel genuinely looked after.

You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team, helping keep busy services smooth, organised and full of energy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading shifts and setting the tone for service
Supporting, coaching and developing FOH team members
Helping manage bookings, walk-ins and the flow of service
Supporting rostering, stock control, ordering and daily venue admin
Handling guest feedback with confidence and care
Maintaining high standards across service, product, presentation and compliance
Stepping up when the Venue Manager is away
Bringing ideas that help improve the guest experience and venue performance

What We’re Looking For

Hospitality experience in a fast-paced venue
A calm, confident and positive presence on the floor
Someone who genuinely likes people, guests and teams
Strong communication skills
A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
Availability across nights and weekends
Someone who wants to grow into more responsibility quickly

Previous leadership experience is great, but attitude, energy and reliability matter just as much.
