Service Manager | Rockingham Hyundai & Suzuki

We are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Service Manager based at our Rockingham Hyundai and Suzuki dealership.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this leadership role is responsible for the overall performance of the Service Department, including customer satisfaction, team leadership, operational efficiency, profitability, and the delivery of exceptional aftersales experiences.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead, coach and develop the Service team to achieve business objectives.
• Drive customer experience and satisfaction outcomes.
• Ensure efficient workshop operations and service processes.
• Monitor and improve departmental performance, productivity and profitability.
• Foster a positive, high-performing and safety-focused team culture.
• Build strong relationships with customers, manufacturer partners and internal stakeholders.

This opportunity would suit an Assistant Service Manager or current Service Manager looking to further develop their leadership career within our business.

You will ideally possess:

• Experience managing an Automotive Service Department
• Extensive experience working in a Service Department in a team leadership role
• Track record of effectively leading a high-performance team, meeting budgets and monthly KPIs
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to succeed
• Capacity to manage, develop and drive productive teamwork
• Australian working rights and driver's licence
