This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for an aspiring property professional looking to build a long-term career in residential sales. Working alongside high-performing Sales Consultants, you'll gain hands-on experience across Project Marketing and General Agency while completing a structured development program designed to fast-track your sales career.

What you'll do:

• Qualify and follow up residential property leads.
• Conduct outbound calls and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Book appointments and support Sales Consultants with lead nurturing.
• Property listing management, set up marketing eDMs, marketing proposals, CRM management, campaign coordination and social media management. 
• Assist with sales office presentation, project launches and customer enquiries.
• Assist with the preparation of sales offices, displays and marketing collateral.
• Provide broader administrative support to the Sales team, Project Manager and Project Director.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration as an Assistant Real Estate Agent with minimum six months' experience operating under the NSW Assistant Agent Certificate.
• Valid Drivers’ License. Ability to work across multiple sales offices, display suites and project locations throughout Sydney.
• Strong interest and long-term career goal to work in residential property sales.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
