About the role

Join Tingalpa Wholesale Nursery' as a Nursery Hand at our facilities in Chandler, Queensland. This full-time role is essential in supporting the growth and development of our wide range of indoor plants. As a Nursery Hand, you will play a key part in ensuring our nursery operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the planting, potting, watering and general care of nursery stock

2. Maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the nursery

3. Handling and transporting plants in a safe and careful manner

4. Monitoring and tending plants, checking their health and identifying any issues

5. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

1. Experience working in a horticultural or nursery environment, with some hands-on experience in plant care

2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully

3. Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks

4. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor

5. A genuine passion for plants and an interest in horticulture
