Our Doncaster office is seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and highly organised Campaign Manager to join our award-winning team.

This is a diverse and fast-paced role, providing essential administrative and campaign support to a busy and successful team. You will play an integral role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly and our clients receive a consistently high level of service.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

·        Assisting with the preparation of CMAs and submissions

·        Processing and maintaining property and client files

·        Liaising with clients and suppliers to assist with preparing properties for sale

·        Assisting with compliance requirements

·        Coordinating and managing campaign administration

·        Providing general administrative and team support

·        Assisting the team to ensure deadlines and campaign milestones are met

 About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive and driven, with excellent organisational skills and a genuine desire to be part of a high-performing team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·        Previous experience in real estate or a similar administrative role (highly regarded)

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills

·        The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

·        Initiative and a proactive approach to your work

·        The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·        A professional presentation and positive attitude

·        Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

·        Knowledge of Box+Dice would be highly regarded
