Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals.
• Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, payroll oversight.
• Oversee an accounts payable and receivable staff.
• General ledger management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Xero financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Odoo ERP Software preferred
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a small team.
