• Assistant Store Manager (Full Time)
• Part Time Sales Associate
• Seasonal Sales Associate (Fixed Term Contract)

Assistant Store Manager (Full Time)About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be a true brand ambassador and play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and success of the store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will support the commercial performance of the business while inspiring and developing a high-performing team.

You'll lead by example on the shop floor, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
• Lead by example in delivering a world-class Pandora customer experience
• Oversee operational excellence including stock management, store procedures and security
• Assist with team rostering and workforce planning
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to drive results
• Maintain a strong presence on the retail floor and support daily trading activities
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Develop product knowledge and coach team members to become Pandora product experts

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
• Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Store Manager
• Strong people leadership and coaching capability
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the Pandora brand

Part Time Sales Associate

Rostered Hours:

• Monday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will create memorable customer experiences while helping customers celebrate special moments through our beautiful jewellery collections.

You will be confident building relationships, achieving sales goals and bringing energy and passion to every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice
• Create meaningful connections with customers through storytelling and product knowledge
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Support visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Assist with replenishment and stock management
• Contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

• Passion for customer service and retail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working in a sales-focused environment
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexible and reliable availability to work the advertised roster
• Jewellery, fashion or specialty retail experience is highly regarded but not essential

Seasonal Sales Associate (Fixed Term Contract)About the Role
