What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the center of the action. Engaging customers, building trust, and driving results:

Drive Sales & Achieve Results

• Deliver strong individual sales, conversion, and productivity results
• Confidently close sales while maximising add-ons, packages, and finance opportunities
• Follow up on leads and quotes to convert opportunities into sales

Create Exceptional Customer Experiences

• Build genuine connections and uncover customer needs
• Provide tailored furniture and styling solutions that inspire
• Deliver accurate product advice on pricing, availability, and delivery
• Resolve customer enquiries with professionalism and care

Keep Things Running Smoothly

• Process orders, payments, and finance applications accurately
• Maintain customer records and uphold compliance standards
• Support stock accuracy and store operations
