This includes developing job plans, maintaining regular participant engagement, supporting compliance requirements, and assisting jobseekers into training, community projects and future employment opportunities.
At BHAC, we recognise that employment pathways are not only shaped by work readiness, but also by broader social and emotional wellbeing factors. We are looking for someone who can work with participants in a practical, respectful and supportive way, with an understanding that consistency, confidence and participation are often built over time.
Provide case management support to RAES participants
Develop meaningful job plans linked to skills, goals and work pathways

Experience working with Aboriginal people and/or in remote or culturally diverse settings
Some exposure or initial experience working with Aboriginal communities and/or in remote or culturally diverse environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Experience supporting people to achieve goals and progress
A practical understanding of case management, compliance or participant servicing
A minimum of 6-12 months practical experience in case management, compliance or participant servicing
A current Driver Licence
An Ochre Card, or ability to meet role requirements
Ability to obtain permits and required checks for working in Maningrida and surrounding homelands
Working in Maningrida offers the opportunity to be part of something meaningful. This is a role grounded in community, culture and practical impact.
Life and work here are different from metro settings. It requires resilience, adaptability and the ability to work thoughtfully in a cross-cultural environment. In return, it offers strong relationships, a genuine sense of purpose, furnished housing support, and the chance to contribute directly to employment outcomes that matter.
For the right person, this is a career-shaping opportunity to support local people into work, strengthen employer partnerships and contribute to a more practical, community-led employment services model.
