Barista/Cafe Allrounder

Location: Macchina Espresso – Kingsgrove, NSW
Position: Barista / Café All-Rounder
Employment Type: Part-time (with opportunity for full-time)

Macchina Espresso Kingsgrove and our new store location Beecroft is looking for an enthusiastic Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our growing team.

We’re a community focused café with a passion for quality coffee and genuine customer service. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, take pride in your work, and love making someone’s day with a great coffee, we’d love to meet you.

• Preparing and serving coffee and beverages consistently

• Taking customer orders and operating the POS system

• Providing friendly, professional customer service

• Assisting with general café duties

• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards

• Supporting the team during busy periods

• At least 1 year of experience in a café, barista, or hospitality role

• A genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn more about our in house roasting and specialty blends

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset

• Willingness to learn and help out across all areas of the café

• A supportive and welcoming team environment

• Consistent hours with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role

• Competitive pay in line with the Industry Award under Fair Work Act. (all depended on skill and experience)

• Ongoing training and the opportunity to build your coffee knowledge
